Lovely salon with plenty of potential. The owner seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed when handling walk-ins and customer inquiries. There’s clearly opportunity for growth here, with a few operational leaks that wouldn’t be difficult to fix with the right support. Sometimes the best opportunities arrive disguised as help. Hoping the owner recognizes the support that can elevate the business to its next level.
